Description

This 6 week course will help you develop the tools you need to understand how to apply mindfulness to your every-day life. 

Mindfulness can help us increase awareness and subsequently make more skilful choices in our everyday lives. When we are more present, we are often more aware, less reactive and can make decisions from a stronger, clearer place.

Mindfulness helps to reduce stress, enhances focus, increases self-awareness and awareness of others, enables you to communicate more clearly and feel more relaxed and at ease.
