Be prepared for a full day of hands on bread making, covering such things as;

Polish poppy seed 

Spinach flat bread

Hot cross buns

Chickpea flatbread

Irish soda bread 

Corn bread

The course will finish with a light lunch and a glass of wine or soft drink.
