This course is a firm favourite of the chefs with attendees being amazed at what they produce and take home.
Be prepared to roll your sleeves up as this course is very hands on. You will be making the doughs by hand using top quality flour and grains from our local mill (Wessex Mill).
You will be given advice and tips on how to knead, prove and bake to get the best results. A range of breads will be created which you will take home at the end of the session.
At the end of the session we will sit down to some lovely homemade bread, local cheeses and a glass of wine or soft drink.
On the day aprons and workbooks are provided.
