With Christmas around the corner this is an ideal time to attend our festive bread course.
This course will be presented by Amanda and Jan and will cover a range of breads including stollen, chalka/challah, as well as more rustic bread to accompany your cheese board.
This is a hands on class covering the importance of kneading, proving and fermentation process.
The breads covered are perfect for the festive season and you will take home all that you make.
A light lunch and glass of wine will be served at the end of the session giving you the opportunity to relax whilst your breads are cooking
