If you have lost your Student ID card, we will replace it for you at a cost of £7.

Detailed Description

Once you have ordered your card from this shop, it will be ready for collection from the Academic Management Office (AMO) 24 hours later. To collect your card you will need to show some photographic ID.

AMO is open from Monday - Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm. During weeks 0 and 12 we are open until 7pm on a Tuesday.

 

Am I eligible to order a new student ID card from the on-line shop?

• Have you received an email from AMO telling you that your existing card has been handed in? If so, please collect it from AMO rather than ordering a new card.
• Is your card out of date or has it been stolen? If so, please come to AMO with your existing card/crime reference number and request a replacement free of charge.
• Do you have a financial block or has your course completion date has passed? If so, we will be unable to produce a card for you.
