Student Card Replacement - Campus Collection only

Description

Order a replacement student card if you have lost your card.

 

Detailed Description

We require all customers to provide proof of identity before we process the order. This will be in the form of a scan of your passport ID page, or other similar official document in English. 

To reduce delays, please send required proof of ID to amo-onlineshop@brookes.ac.uk as soon as you make your order, quoting your OBU online shop order number and your name in the subject line of the email.

Our service time for this product is up to 10 working days and you will receive an email when your card is ready to collect from the Student Advice Drop-in. Please see the opening times and location of this on our webpage.

Please note that any orders placed after Wednesday 17th December 2025 may not be processed until after Monday 5th January 2026. 

The last Student Card order collection date, prior to the University Holiday Closure, will be Thursday 18th December 2025. 

If your card has been stolen and you have a crime reference number, we will replace your card free of charge. Please email studentcentral@brookes.ac.uk with evidence of your reference number.


Please note that section 4.7 of our Online Shop Terms and Conditions does not apply to this product.
