An academic transcript is a formal document that provides confirmation of the individual marks and grades you were awarded.
Orders may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched, however in some cases for particularly old records it may take longer. Please note that processing times may be delayed during busy periods.
One order covers the processing and provision of one document.
If you want us to send your document directly to a third party please indicate the third party`s email address in your order and not yours. Otherwise, you will be asked to submit a new order.
If you have studied multiple courses, please make separate orders for each document required. It is not possible to produce multiple documents from one order.
If you would like to cancel your order you need to email us and request a cancellation on [email protected]
Once we have processed your order and sent the document we are not able to cancel and refund your order.
If we cannot provide a transcript for any reason, a full refund will be given.
THE UNIVERSITY CANNOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY POSTED ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED.
Please note that records and documentation for students who studied with us prior to 2011 may take longer to retrieve, and in some instances, may not be fully available. We will do our best to fulfil all orders but please note that full records may not be available in all cases. We will provide verification of awards where we can confirm details against records held on our database.
