This After School Club will run on Mondays 3:15-4:15pm at West Oxfordshire Community Primary (WOCP). The club will be hosted by the Confucius Institute at Oxford Brookes University. 

The club is £6 per hour. 

There will be no class on the 7th, 14th & 21st of April or the 5th of May. 

The aim of this class is to foster an interest and kickstart exposure to Chinese language learning and culture! We hope students at WOCP will enjoy the after school club. At the end of the course they will recieve a certificate!

This course is for students to build upon their basic knowledge of Chinese calligraphy. The course will cover basic strokes, stroke orders and character arrangement. If you have taken our previous calligraphy courses, this one will have new characters so you should still be able to join. 

Students will be provided with their own brush, ink and calligraphy paper for the course.

Course time: Thursdays 5:30-7:00

Please note a minimum of 3 students is required to run this course.

We also offer a Calligraphy bundle for £10 alongside this course.

Included in the bundle: 

• 2 Calligraphy brushes
• 1 water mat 
• 1 brush rest 
• Xuan paper 

This bundle will be £10 in total and we will provide it to you at your first class. The bundle doesn't include ink.

As usual our classes will be able to provide all the materials so don't worry if you aren't interested in purchasing this optional bundle.
