Confucius InstituteSet up to promote Chinese language and culture, the Confucius Institute at Oxford Brookes University aims to enhance mutual understanding and reinforce international friendships. The Confucius Institute is running courses in Chinese language and culture for the general public, and hosting events throughout the year. The Institute has a particular focus on publishing, a prominent local industry in Oxfordshire. Confucius InstituteIntermediate Ethnic ChineseDescriptionClasses are 1.5 hours per week, on Fridays 7-8:30pm. This course is designed for children under 15-year-old with Chinese language speaking background aiming to enhance their daily Chinese listening, speaking, reading and Chinese characters learning or aiming to sit the HSK Chinese Proficiency Exam.
