The 22nd Coaching and Mentoring Research Conference will take place on Thursday, 15 January 2026 and will be a hybrid (online/face to face) event, featuring original coaching and mentoring research conducted by the doctoral and MA students of the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies (Oxford Brookes University), as well as students from other universities around the world.

This year it's the Conference's 22nd anniversary, and the focus will be on celebrating the original research that has been developed and supported by the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies. 

The presentations will include a diverse range of topics including; AI in coaching, executive group coaching, imposter phenomenon, coaching the Self,  critical mentoring, eco-engaged coaching, values in coaching and social work, and coaching in health trials.
