Two-Day Package: From BIM to Digital Twins: Integrated Workflows for Data-Driven Construction

Follow a practical workflow from LiDAR based reality capture and structured BIM modelling through data integration, automation, AI assisted analysis and Digital Twin applications. Across two in person workshops, participants will work with a prepared point cloud, Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo and Power BI to see how building information can support project and asset decisions. 

This practical two-day CPD programme equips built environment professionals with the knowledge and skills to move beyond traditional BIM modelling and develop AI-enhanced, data-driven workflows. Across two sessions, participants will explore how BIM information can support scheduling, costing, asset management, automation, data visualisation and informed decision-making throughout the built environment lifecycle.

The programme combines information-rich BIM modelling, AI-supported workflows, automation techniques and Digital Twin concepts to help professionals transform project data into actionable insights.
