Order a replacement student card if you have lost your card.
Detailed Description
We require all customers to provide proof of identity before we process the order. This will be in the form of a scan of your passport ID page, or other similar official document in English.
To reduce delays, please send required proof of ID to amo-onlineshop@brookes.ac.uk as soon as you make your order, quoting your OBU online shop order number and your name in the subject line of the email.
We will aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days.
The last posting date for hard-copy documents, including Student Cards, prior to the University's Holiday Closure is Thursday 18th December 2025. Please note that any orders placed after Wednesday 17th December 2025 may not be processed until after Monday 5th January 2026.
If your card has been stolen and you have a crime reference number, we will replace your card free of charge. Please email studentcentral@brookes.ac.uk with evidence of your reference number and your address to post the card to.
Please note that section 4.7 of our Online Shop Terms and Conditions does not apply to this product.
