Course Description

The Oxford Brookes University Occupational Therapy Team after-school activity club for primary school children with functional motor difficulties (often called Developmental Coordination Disorder [DCD] or Dyspraxia).

The club offers an age-appropriate, socially suitable, extra-mural activity for local primary school children, to support their motor skill development and participation in daily motor-based activities.

Designed and delivered around evidence-based occupational therapy principles, sessions will be overseen by a qualified paediatric Occupational Therapy faculty member and delivered collaboratively with Occupational Therapy students.
