DescriptionHelp to Grow Management Programme. A collaboration between HM Government, the Chartered Association of Business Schools, SBC and Oxford Brookes Business School. For SMEs, a 12 week programme to build expertise and boost confidence across key areas for senior leaders. The programme is 90% funded by the Government and the University has a Business Support fund that is funded in part by contributions from organisations we work with. This enables us to offer programmes such as Help to Grow at no cost to participants. The programme combines a practical curriculum, with one-to-one support from a business mentor, peer-learning sessions and an alumni network.
