Course Description

The Oxford Adapt Programme was developed with RICS in 2009 as a specialist training route for property professionals, designed to build strong technical knowledge and prepare delegates for Chartered Surveyor status. It has since expanded globally, with over 90% of participants achieving RICS membership. Updated in 2018, the programme now aligns fully with current RICS assessment requirements.

It is delivered through three parts:
• Technical training across investment, valuation, development and management, plus a face-to-face workshop to complete the initial RICS application.
• Guided preparation of all RICS submission documents.
• Ethics and professional standards training, including mock interviews and the RICS online ethics test to support readiness for the final assessment.
